Fondant aux Noix

French cake made with nuts, very molten dessert

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 250g  of melted butter
  • 300g of nuts
  • 5 eggs
  • 35g of flour
  • 200g of granulated white sugar

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl mix the nuts
  2. Add the flour and the sugar
  3. Slowly add one egg  at a time and mix well and finally add the melted butter
  4. Preheat your oven to 180 C
  5. Pour the mixture into a greasy cake pan and bake for 40mn, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes
  7. Dust with icing sugar and add a few raspberry

Delicious with a Darjeeling tea!

  1. Très alléchant ! Je fais le même avec des amandes moulues ,c’est le pain de Gènes ,c’était la spécialité de ma mère (Allah yarham´ha) .Enore bravo !
