Punjab's most-wanted gangster Vicky Gounder associate shot dead in encounter by Punjab Police

Meanwhile, supporters of slain gangster Sukhbir Singh Kahlwan, alias Sukha Kahlon, celebrated Gounder's killing. Gounder was wanted in several cases of murder and decoitee in Punjab and neighbouring states. Last week, OCCU got information that these two gangsters were spotted in the border districts of Fazilka, Ferozepur and Taran Tarn.
