Donald Trump Better Not See This Brand New Fox News Poll

DonaldTrump

Another recent poll conducted by Pew Research Center shows that one in every five Republicans claim they don't like how Trump "conducts himself as president", while half of respondents said their feelings were mixed. As I wrote in June 2016, almost half of Trump supporters - 46 percent - said one or more of the following: He had made a racist comment, was prejudiced and/or was unqualified to be president. Just 16% say they like the way he conducts himself as president. His absence at President Trump's event in Missouri has captured a spotlight of its own.

"I look at a president to be presidential, someone who is calm, focused", said Rush.

RealClearPolitics, after aggregating the last 11 national surveys released between August 8 and August 30, found that Trump had an average approval rating of 38.5 percent and an average disapproval rating of 57 percent.

Still, Republicans in the poll largely agreed with Trump, with only 23 percent saying that the white supremacists, who came to Charlottesville-in many cases armed with weapons-to protest the removal of a Confederate statue, were more to blame for the unrest.

He lost most ground among conservatives, Republican men, and white voters without a university degree.

Republican voters approve of President Trump's criticism of GOP senators.

In a poll conducted during the week of August 21, Pew Center researchers also found that a staggering 66 percent of respondents concurred they do not agree with the still newly elected president "on none, nearly none or just a few of the issues facing the country today".

Trump's pardoning of Arpaio isn't the only unpopular thing he's done lately. About one-in-ten of those who approve of Trump say their biggest concern is his personality (11%) and a similar share point to his policies (10%).

Trump has not yet responded to the Fox News poll.

Trump is most defined by the "says what he thinks" trait.

Trump said the USA needs to keep pace with other countries and ideally needs a business tax of 15 percent. Trump draws less confidence in his ability to make wise decisions about immigration and the use of nuclear weapons (40% each).

Few describe Trump as "even tempered".

A new poll from NBC News shows Trump with an anemic 39 percent approval rating, while 59 percent of Americans disapprove of his performance.

"This is our once-in-a-generation opportunity to deliver real tax reform for everyday, hardworking Americans".

Among Trump voters, he gets his highest marks for "says what he thinks" (93 percent describes well), "strong leader" (74 percent), and "competent" (73 percent). In his new book, Flake correctly argues that his party "all but ensured the rise of Donald Trump" and accuses his co-partisans of being in denial. Roughly half of the public (52%) say Trump is not tough enough in dealing with Russian Federation; 35% say he is about right, while 6% say he is too tough. It maintains that President Trump and the Republican Party are a group of wealthy capitalists tied to extremely wealthy shareholders of multinational companies and Wall Street banks, all having the same goal of increasing the oppression and victimization of minorities through institutional racism and economic inequality in order to achieve an ever-greater accumulation of wealth and power.
