Today is day three of the Taylor Swift trial in Denver

People wait in line to attend Taylor Swift's civil case at the Alfred A. Arraj Courthouse in Denver on Tuesday

"I felt what seemed to be a rib cage or ribs", he said during the first day of testimony. Swift, her mother Andrea, and Frank Bell are all expected to take the stand as the case moves forward.

The picture of Swift, Mueller and his then-girlfriend is a key piece of evidence in the lawsuit - with lawyers for the singer claiming it is damning proof that the presenter had touched her backside.

The lawyer says that the lawsuit was filed as a principle, as Swift considers it to be assault. KYGO is a CNN affiliate. He was sacked two days later.

Another point of contention during cross-examination was Mueller's allegation that his former boss Eddie Haskell had bragged about touching Swift's rear-end that same night. He is seeking $3 million in damages.

Ms Swift, 27, accuses broadcaster David Mueller of slipping his hand under her dress while they posed backstage together at one of her 2013 concerts.

If she wins her case, Swift won't be keeping the money.

Earlier Wednesday, court proceedings were delayed by a closed hearing that lasted almost two hours.

Douglas Baldridge, the attorney for the Swifts, showed the jury photos of numerous people in separate photos with Taylor Swift and how no one except Mueller had his hand by Swift's buttocks.

The fashion plate: Swift looked demure, wearing a long-sleeved black shirtdress with plaid trim, sheer black tights, needle-thin heels and a red lip.

McFarland also suggested that Mueller may have been a victim of mistaken identity and that Swift might be confusing him with another man who was there. Swift says there is no doubt Mueller grabbed her "bare bottom". Swift is expected to testify.

"This was an assault and Ms Swift reported that it happened". It's ironic that Mueller would mention Mayer, the ex about whom Swift penned "Dear John" (whose lyrics include "Don't you think nineteen's too young to be played by your dark twisted games").

Mueller describes the photo as "awkward", and says it's fair that his general manager at KYGO, Bob Call, could consider it "weird and awkward" as well.

Trump claims his "base is getting stronger" amid "fake news"
Trump posted some of his usual gripes, fake news (otherwise known as news that paints him in a bad light) chief among them. Over the weekend, the president insisted on Twitter that the trip to Bedminster is " not a vacation ".

He also said that he hadn't touched her butt and said that, if anything, he had accidentally touched her "ribcage or ribs".

A short time later, Mueller was approached by a security guard who accused him of inappropriately grabbing Swift, which he denied. But he couldn't explain why he didn't tell those investigating the incident about Coomer's overture. He was sacked a day after that, he testified. The notes stated that KYGO program director at Lincoln Financial Media, John Dimick, was prepared to terminate both Mueller and his morning show co-host, Ryan "Ryno" Kliesch, due to insubordination. Mueller and his legal team tried to pose the wrecked electronics as an accident (coffee spill!), but U.S. District Judge William Martinez found the actions suspicious enough to warrant the sanction.

Store technicians couldn't recover the full recording from the laptop, he testified.

This has "cost me my career, the thing I love to do".

"My hand was closed", Mueller said.

The reason he sued Swift, he said, was to clear his name.

Swift countersued Mueller, claiming she was sexually assaulted.

Mueller is a former radio show host. "I just thought he was telling one of his goofy stories".

They were questioned specifically about their familiarity with either Swift or Mueller and whether they considered themselves to be fans of their work.

Her typical strategy has been to write "a nasty song about the person", said Howard Bragman, the founder of Hollywood PR firm Fifteen Minutes. It was during that photograph that Taylor said something much more sinister took place.

The mother testified that after hearing of the alleged incident, she "was upset tot he extent like I wanted to vomit and cry at the same time".
